PG&E Smart Meters - March 18th, 2010 The next neighborhood meeting will focus on PG&E's Smart Meeters. Joe Isaacs from PG&E will give a Smart Meter presentation
and answer questions from neighbors. PG&E is in the process of installing Smart Meters in our neighborhood. Many folks already have
had their new meter installed. The discussions in the Yahoo Group have been overwhelming
regarding Smart Meters and many people are worried that they’ll be overcharged with this
new technology. Come and find out directly from PG&E representative Joe Isaacs how your
new meter may affect your energy bill, new ways you may be able to save, times of the day
when you may NOT want to run your appliances, and new ways you’ll be able to monitor your
energy consumption. E-mail questions to neighbor Liesbeth Visscher who will be assembling a list of common questions for Joe to answer. Liesbeth’s e-mail is iesbethvisscher@yahoo.com
Nominate new board of directors It's time to nominate board of directors. You may nominate yourself or any other neighbor who lives in the CLNA boundaries. Email with your nomination prior to March 17th, 2010. A vote will take place March 18th, 2010.
